HEMMING

HEMMING :---This is used to secure down a folded edge of material . It is most

commonly used for hems . Hemming appears as small slanting

stitches on the wrong side and on the right side the stitches should

be fine and spaced close enough to hold the hem securely .In

place yet far enough apart to be inconspicious from the right side of

the garment .
