CHEVRON STITCH:--Bring the thread through on the lower line at the left side, insert the needle a little to the right on the same line and take a small stitch to the left. emerging half way between the stitch being made.Next insert the needle on the upper line a little to the right and take a small stitch to the left. Insert the needle again on the same line a little to the right and take a small stitch to the left emerging at the centre. work in this way alternately on the upper and lower lines.
