SPIDER WEB:---This stitch produces many different effects according to the number of foundation stitches, the way they are laying and whether they are woven or whipped. the simplest way to lay foundation stitches is to work radiative straight stitches evenly distributed starting from the centre. The larger the weave the more sporces it should have. These can be of even lengths or vary in length if the web is to be woven these should be an odd number of foundation stitches.
